OKAI vs KSHA ; LET APPEAR IN THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION.
Monthly Constituency allowance for every House Member is N1.4million and an annual Constituency allowance of N20 million was paid to them recently by Bello’s Government.
In addition to that, each of the Assembly Member is receiving a monthly constituency allowance of N2 million being deducted from the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftain Affairs monthly allocation.
While Dekina L.G receives N4 million monthly, although it was formerly N1 million, the two Members representing Dekina split the amount between them i.e. N2 million each. Which projects have they executed? These monthly allowances are meant to cater for each member constituency in addition to fraudulent deductions of N2 million each.
I am ready to appear before them if they are ready to appear before a Public Court. Isn’t it a fact that early this year the KSHA illegally passed into law, budget for all Local Governments in Kogi State without an elected Council? Was N5 million not given to each them as reward for that illegal passage? For the time being, I won’t be in a hurry to let all the cats out of the bag yet. While keep my fingers crossed and wait patiently for their lack of discretion, they too have many questions begging for answers.If these questions can be answered, then I will appear.They have no idea what’s coming to them.
